I know this is possible. I did it, and have helped others do it.

My experience growing up in and eventually managing my family’s business (which had more pain than joy) led me to deep introspection during my 2-year MBA at Harvard Business School. “There must be another way,” I thought, “And I am going to find it.”

And I did. Successfully leading, growing and creating three businesses where laughter, fun and joy ruled, I realized that it only takes one person to make the change. When people are authentically tuned into their inner selves, they are able to act from a place of presence, grace, joy and authenticity, thus enriching the lives of others they encounter.
