About the Owner/Founder of The Diva Bar Leasha Small

Leasha Small also known as Boss Lady has been in the Bartending, Serving and Management industry for just over six years. She is Smart Serve Certified, Food & Safety Certified, Bartender Training Certified and in the process of getting her Wine Council of Ontario, Event Planning & Flare Bartending Certification. She enjoys learning more about the industry so she is constantly taking courses to enhance her skills and perfect her craft, so she can teach her staff.

Leasha knew she wanted to be able to bring her style of professionalism, fun and flare of bartending to the events of others.
She always bartended family and close friends events and soon realized the opportunity that continuously presented itself. She decided to start her own company where she could hand pick her own team of Diva Bar Divaz to assist in making each and every event unforgettable. What started off as ideas that would keep her awake at night quickly became a reality.
The Diva Bar was founded on May 24, 2016 and since then she hasn’t looked back.
