Pauline M. Brown Rose is one of the leading personal Injury/ insurance Litigation Attorneys in Jamaica and is an honours graduate of the Faculty of Arts (Mona Campus) and the Faculty of Law (Cave Hill Campus) of the University of the West Indies. She obtained her Legal Education Certificate at the Norman Manley Law School and was called to the Jamaican Bar in November 2002.
Her career however began in 1989 when she joined the public service and served as an Assistant Clerk of Court in the Resident Magistrate’s Court for the parish of Westmoreland. Mrs. Brown Rose also served as an adjunct lecturer in Insurance Law at the University of Technology. Having served as a former Assistant Clerk of Court, former Legal Adviser to two of the Largest Insurance Companies on the Island and a former Associate in law firm of Chen, Green and Company, Mrs. Brown Rose brings to her practice a wealth of knowledge and experience which spans a variety of areas, including personal injury litigation and negotiation, commercial law, criminal and civil litigation, insurance defence to include employers’ liability, product liability, professional indemnity and public liability.
She also practices in the areas of Commercial law, Family law, Probate and administration of Estates and Real Estate law. Pauline is a results oriented professional, a passionate advocate and a skilled negotiator with a keen interest in the areas of personal injury and insurance litigation.
