I work with women who are interested in improving their lives at home and/or at work, in addition to their relationships. I also have specialized training as a Maternal Mental Health Specialist to help women through all stages (preconception, prenatal and postpartum) of their childbearing years to gain strength and develop the tools necessary to recover and embrace the unique joys of this particular life stage.
If the adjustment to your new situation has been more difficult than you expected and you need help developing the insight and coping skills to keep symptoms at bay, I can help.

I provide individual therapy and group therapy. In addition to online and in home services for clients who are not able to participate in a traditional treatment setting.
